On finishing work today i thought hey why not try for my last 15% b4 lvl up , only to find that my account had expired and connection was terminated. OMG WTF so i sent an e-mail to direct support at mir . WTF going on i said i cant play , Lag this Bug that i have paid blah blah blah bet you wont even reply to my e-mail, i said.
30 mins later i tried mir again my account was back it was working, great.
45 mins later mir HAD replied to my e-mail "sry it was our fault " and they gave me 2 days extra on my account.
Mir Staff do read our e-mails , they do try to get it right.
Instead of me moaning about the lack of support , i would like to just this once say THX GUYS nice support.

yup i think theyre getting better. theyre usually snowed under without about a million emails from what i can gather, glad theyre wading their way through em faster these days

i wish my account was back up and running but its not :( i have sent about 8 emails now have had replys saying its fixed but is not :(
