You are treating DAOC like is some sort of evil sect because we are asking MIR players to join us.

You are right though, what makes MIR (or Phoenix) a kick arse game is the people, if it wasnt for the people even you woulda left by now.

But the truth is DAOC would probably be a shi t game if the people sucked, so we are trying to gather people we already know to play there to make sure this game wont be just graphics and game play, we want to move our community there.

And it isnt us who are burning down the MIR community, MIR Staff burned the community themselves, we are tying to keep the community intact but just move it to DAoC

if DAoC turns out to be another MIR at the end (no updates, no news, no support) then we will grab our community and move it to WoW (World of Warcraft) or to whatever game is out then.

Is not our job to keep MIR in business, its the GM's job to do that and so far they couldnt be doing it any worse.

All i was stating is that I have tryed to start a new char as you sujested but it dont work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to have new stuff in the game on a regular basis....... the way MIR is supported it seams you will have a regular update once maybe twice a year!

Yes you bring something to the community with your posts but when you post crap about a crap game that is dieing then that is when i flame you...... when you tell the high level loyal players to "FOOK OFF" just because MIR is not supporting them and providing what they promised and WHAT I PAY FOR, then it is time to leave.

I can not understand you mentality, I have always been polite to you but when you start telling me to "FOOK OFF" then I think its time to start using the same tactics and play your game.

Ive had a great time in MIR and wish I really wish that they could carry on. But they cant when i have no faith in the company that i pay good money to and I cant carry on for 6 months with nothing new!!!!!!!!!

Well I have registered for DOAC and will play it as part of a learning curve.

MIR is my first online RPG style game, and the game itself was good when i was a "noob". Having leveled a warrior and a struggling TAO, I have nothing but admiration for those players higher than me for having made it so far.

BUT I admit that 3 months down the road, I am beginning to see the "cracks" in game and in the game itself. Lack of support, hardly seeing a GM, etc etc all commnets made by many othr players.

It seems that it only now that another game is beginning to eat in to MIR's customer base do we see osts from GM's and MODs.

AS a paying cutsomer I have thought long and hard over the past few days as to whether to continue or not. Everquest looks good, DAOC looks good, but then MIR looked awesome when I first started...........................

Anyways, I for one will pay for a further 3 months but only because I want to see these new lands & 18 pounds GB isnt not that much of a sacrifice.

I am sure MIR will continue but it def. won't be the same.
