heh, i got onto DAoC today so i aint playing mir anymore but its always been my goal to get a Dsword, or to hold one, id like to live that up before i leave.

But and this is a big but malerin did the exact same thing many, many times when she spawned loads of mobs in drop zones for people to kill.

Last time I seen this happen was on the Phoenix server a few days into the creation of it. She spawned a ton of Ghouls in Bichon Wall where they dropped Purifier Swords, Coral Rings and rare Books, etc.

Fair point being that people think guinty duplicated the items, but malerin started the ball rolling when she spawned crap loads of stuff for her mates, guinty is just doing a similar thing.

Both are wrong for doing so...

...but think about how this all started - then question the outcome!

Ghosty.

Gaining these items through sheer determination and lots of hunting meant that they had value. Now when I get Flaming Sword drop from a Whiteboar or Halfmoon drop from a SuperZumaGuardian, I just shrug. Those used to be much sought after drops.

Now that there's tens/hundreds of high level items and weapons floating about in the game, what is there left to go for if everyone else has them? Where's the challenge of being the only person to get a rare item when over the course of a couple of weeks these items can just be mass produced and given to everyone?

If you can't see the harm you're doing to this game, Guinty, then seek help for your problem. I'd be surprised if Wemade don't take some sort of legal action against you for loss of business.
