I have ordered your wonderful game not long ago and it hasn't arrived. I ordered the CD 16 days ago and on the information I was sent when I ordered the CD says that it will take a MAXIMUM of 10 working days, it has been 16. Also it says that I should receive a E-Mail to confirm shipping and credit card charge I haven't received this E-Mail either.
I would like to know where my CD is?? please could you reply soon. The order number is 103761/2439
