8. Get complaint of no HUNT, get PKed, and DROP being stolen.
9. Making sure everyone is happy.
10. Ally with other guild
11. Settle problems between guilds
12. Who's getting what items (after hunt)
13. where the money goes (after hunt)
14. Sigh... Why did I bother having a guild in the first place...

My worst are when something in Guild goes wrong, like original leaders/members leaving.

Like two sides of a coin, a Guild leader has to be able to handle both.

thats why when u look at the top guilds, you know their leaders must be doing something right, even if they are as stupid as anything and only respected cos they live in the game and are a seriously high level

What I see in Chinese server... I see more fun than the one with TU guild done this week, I see a more WoomaHorn in shops than guilds, but what do we got? 250+ guilds... and yet, it is still increasing. Why not try pass an old guild to someone to make it better? Or just simply remove it once and for all and join other guild to make them stronger? Can we just get on with each other? Being alone does not make you any better.

250+ guilds and yet 1400 people playing... What's the point?

If a guild screw up because of one player, people start leaving and etc... we should just make sure they don't join in the first place.

hell i dont try to level up, im lv25 now and iv been playing since beta. the guild is more important to me, i might try and level up one more time cos then i can tame mags and equip the better items

iv booted quite a few players out the guild already, i usually let a lot of people in, but if they dont prove themselves to be good people and are only there to feed off guild items, theyre gone

I've learn a few things that turn THO successful and a enjoyable guild that's everyone likes.

A guild leader must have Integrity and respect also a good sense of humor and balance.

When Stonemage asked me for a promotion as Guild leader I wasn't sure I was the right one. He picked me because I was one of five original member Cullen,Eneah,Stonemage,AZN,Dealreal (hope I got that right) also I was the highest lv Warrior in guild at the time and I was always online.

So then I got off at a right foot since everyone accepted my promotion w/o Jealous and think I deserve it. Soon I started to recruit bunch of ppl that hunt in the same zone as me so now we have companion in the same hunting zone. Most of the guild was lookin up to me cuz of how fast lvler I was. At that time my rival were MiDHA, bushimon, NOMAD, thedeath. Those time were the best of my mir life because I have many goals.. catchin up to MiDHA, hurry to lv28 to use dragonsword and constant ZT, WT hunt pluz at that time we just began to migrant to bug cave.

Things began to turn sweet and sour when the Massdrop patch release where ZT can now summon lot of mobs, mine being overcrowded by zombie and bugcave is so much more. At the first day of the patch was the difficultest of MIR year because ppl couldn't find solution to adapt new enviroment.. well later warriors began to use corner to hunt ( I did and got lvled very fast! ) as for wizard began to tame maggots and roam bug cave and tao is still in very difficult time.

As for THO it grew strong more than ever. Me and stonemage tryin to take on ZT soo many time but failed and tryin to find a solution to kill ZT we spended countless hour attemp on ZT but failed. Finally we were able to use the log in/out idea and corner as combination
we killed ZT got relic . After that we keep on hunting zt and soon there our secret out out and others guild began to zt hunt also... eventually DD was able to get relic and we both have to fight to get sabuk but then there was invisible archer bug so then we both couldn't get in. Later on we both guild have to fight for sabuk wall again but this time the date and time was fuked up again so then THO lost cuz 2/3 of member was offline. GM return relics to both side The third attemp we lost due to their amount of high lv and allies. (we could have take them on 1 on 1)

Its was a down time that we lose the wall and members began to leave our guild and move to the new owner of SW guild. THO once again have a second try and prepare this time, I did everything I could to win SW legaly and righfuly And yes I did recruit over 60 members in 4 day increase the guild pop up to 120s at a price of pay now or later. My intention was bringin entertainment to everyone so that they could get a piece of action in the war since this is the 2nd sabuk war. Alot of ppl joined our Holy cause and we got lots of alliance include one of our 100% support HandofGod (and still is today) and yes we outnumber them 3 to 1. Eventho they got more dragonsword user while our army consis of 40% below lv22 and 40% usin power axe but we manage to take SW.

once we owned sabuk war, the cause has ended ppl began to look for new cause.. which made the guild fall apart, Because many of our high lv player such as Robberrt, Trokanda... began to split apart because the guild is soo big that the Find from hunt wont be able to support everyone needs. Thats when TheInnerCircle and Toxic(something) created. By that time its also THO golden age and prosperity flourish so then I resign my Leader position and began to focus on lvlin....

Some of the things I've learned is have guild hunt often its help build friendship and bond between everyone. Also if such case happend where one of your member being accuse of doin some thing that he did/didn't do (it doesnt matter) as a leader you have to back him up with everything once done u can boot or keep him afterward. Its something that your fellow member will look up to you knowing u always got their back if they got in trouble. (one of the reason JJ87 is in guild "krazy bastard")

Fair... it doesn't really mean a lot in MIR anyway, but I believed that it worked in my guild somehow. I know most people playing this game are mostly greedy (only a few of them), they want everything. What I did... I have a storage of items, which to people in MIR is nothing but crap, but to my guild they all happy about it. So, I ask for 10-15k for guild fund in exchange to that rare items, and make sure they use it instead of selling it. It did work, but I guess giving it out for free is better.

Fun... well you know, if your members is happy, guild leader will be happy too.

all guild leaders are different and run things different ways. some like to get respect by being a crazily high level, others (like me) believe in the pen being mightier than the sword approach. some like to build up a guild slowly, some like to hit the scene and be immensely strong fast as possible (like me)

i was gonna make a huge post here but im too tired too really, il do it later

for me thats the one most important thing, stay and look cool at all times, no matter what is happening

also if someone threatens to leave the guild, just say "ok cya then", and if they keep complaining kick them yourself
