Ok subject says it all.

I payed with my creditcard for an account. Everything went ok, and I was told it would take 10-20 minutes for activation and a confirmation e-mail. Well its about 12 HOURS later now, still no go! Mailing to various e-mail adresses has so far not gotten me any reply's. The account in question is: Burter

Now that i'm at it, a friend of mine payed by bank on OCTOBER 1ST. The money has been taken off her account and still she can't log in. She's said numerous e-mails to MIR, but not a single reply.
Her Account name is: Nexia. Please if any MIR-related person sees this, could you please look into this???

Of course you got no reply to your normal mail. There propably isn't anyone in the office between midnight and 8am, maybe even later. That leaves a max of 4 hours for the LoM people to sort through all the emails and answer them. Have patience, so far LoM has answered all my emails in about a day.

However why you didn't get a confirmation email, which is automatic I think, is a mistery me.

I payed by bank too and it took 20 days for LoM to get the confirmation. If you pay using direct debit you should expect between 1 to 3 weeks for the confirmation to arrive. As your mate payed a mere 8 days ago the money may simply havn't arrived yet.
