i need the email address to report unfair sportsmanship within the game.
as quoted in regulation 5 of mir
Prohibition of interruption when playing a game.We will strongly respond to indiscriminate PK in store areas/newbie areas or

If you meet this kind of user please report to us by using screen capture function to show character name (Pause/Break key). An user responsible for these action (with proof, please do not post in forum or send email without screenshot about this kind of action) will be banned for 5 days the first time, and permanently the second time. No refund on time left in the account will be given. now i have the screenshots and im seriously upset about what happend and think this kind of in game actions should be dealt with

Ya know I hate pk'n.... its a waste of time, but it is
necessary... and ZT KR is the un-written rule.... Its the
only place outside of "mir" jurisdiction..... As long as
I've heard of the ZT KR and as long as I've been going there
the rule has been ONE guild or ONE group in at a time...
I thought everyone knew that....
Ok... guess thats far fetched... rules are rules... and
when they are broken... people get unhappy....

listen go to zuma kings room at ur own risk but i stay away lol lvl 16 war but pk'in is part of the game if sum1 nicks ur stuff pk if sum1 steals ur pet pk but i agree if sum1 walks into a room no pk no matter what guild hes in but ostle rules r there to be broken if every1 followed them it wouldnt be such a great game would it and ur 1 of the first people ive ever heard complain serriously abot mir and rules so just chill out m8 ps. good luck with black and white theyre a good guild look after em lee (neon 2k warrior lvl 13+) |

If your group is in ZT KR, have people outside the KR, killing (or trying to kill) the incoming people who insist on going in, but don't block the door... That way you're not breaking game rules...Nae'Blis

im not talkin about a pk situation, I am talkin about an OFFICIAL rule which states that blocking of access to areas is not allowed and any player doin this should be reported.now i asked the player several times to allow me access then he decided to use force on me while i was unarmed. I paid to play this game so i have that right to go where ever i want to. I also have the right to report players who arnt cooperating with mirs official rules... if u dont like the rules dont play the game ==BlackAndWhite==

its an unspoken rule. Has been since i can remember. To fight ZT you have to log a slot to fight him. Guilds when their turn comes up wait inside the room for hours untill he spawns and get really peeved if someone comes in and triggers him too early as they need to get into position and get prepared. Thus anyone who goes in when they shouldnt be and refuse to leave when asked on numerous occasions end up getting pk'ed. The stuff (pots) usually come in very handy for the players there but it is your own fault for staying. Take a seat and wait your turn. lvl 28+ are prefered in that room anyways. anything lower (unless they have changed the hardness since i have been gone of zt) don't stand much of a chance of surviving.

are you BLIND can you not read and understand a sentence, your shall we say "rule" is an unspoken rule, but myn is OFFICIAL, the rule im supporting is there to make the game fun and fair. I want to try make this game as playable as possible for everyone. (which is the job of a game master) which i am not so i can only make myself heard on the forum.again mainstream im not talkin about a pk issue if you read my statement... what a bunch of twats listen to him , hes correct an official rule is a rule! oh yeah unwriten rule so what thats just so people can actualy get a try at ZT.But im pissed off at PKers as well i spent 4 hours 4 fuŠking hours yesterday trying to get in to a jewelry shop and buyn a bracelet an everytime i wa PKed i told Malerin she said where i told her and then she signed off great fuŠkin GM we got there.I have paid for a full year and if im not allowed to go places i have paid to be able to go and GM's will not help at all i want refunds cause i know there is somethin that can be done about not getting to be able to do what im paying to especialy after we have official rules and the damn GM's dont enforce them!! I was once in black and white when i was lvl 23 i left coz the guild wars was a joke coz they all just stayed outside bw.  When i told them i was leaving i got a msg from Ostle saying if i cross his path he would pk me and how jelous of him and his guild and how i am such a loser and how stronger he is than me. I found a few days ago in BW , i wanted a 1v1 but he turned it into a 3v1 then he w8's till i'm mining then he attacks me again , I whooped his asS in a 1v1. I don't blame ppl for pk'n him in the kr coz he is a diCk.
He has this silly stoopid attitude and thinks he's a adult and deserves respect off ppl and then comes on here moaning coz he had his but kicked. Well done ZT KR ppl  keep up the good work and Ostle go hang around Gingko i'm sure ya can blend in without to much hasStle .In-Game Jim0x lvl 28 warrior

err jim it turned into a 3v1 in bichon wall beacause u just came right up to me and started smackin me for no reason u didnt even say hi , so the lawful players of mir acted to help me kill you.In the mine i gave you some of your own medicine by attackin you without warning, im sorry for killing you but i only taught you a lesson. Again you bring up the idea that people pk'ed me in zuma , im not talkin about pk for the 4th time ive mentioned its about the refusal of access, i dont think i am an adult but i am serious gamer and like games to be played in the way they are meant to. Your a fine one to talk about pking ostle, or even threats of such.
Remember your history mate, others always will, in case u forgot heres a flash back..Black and white, the guild, was a mere twinkle in ur eyes, then a few of us clubbed together and got the funds for it. I recall paying about 300k myself, and a few others chipped in. We didnt mind, we wanted a guild and we were promised the bulk of our money back anyhow. Guild was formed and quicky went to pot when the less than capable leaders, ok you (7th i admit did a great job when he was allowed to) started to let the guild go down hill. I was given the princely sum of 35k and lead to believe that this was my payment for being so useful to the guild and for having forked out the cash for you lot in the first place. Later, after being bored to tears by constant cries for help from the newbies and the ever growing blacklist, for which it seemed all you had to do was look at a guild member funny to get put on, I left the guild Within seconds i was on the blacklist for leaving, and as i recal Ostle, you threatened to PK regularly on the game unless i gave back your 35k. I paid up, by this time i was already sitting fat on a pile nearing 10 times that value, i didnt even notice the money had gone( i only regret that i dodnt just drop it on the floor for u to fight half a dozen newbies for), but i feel that it goes to proove that you, of all people need reminding that you are not above the rules, and as i repeatedly pointeed out whilst in your guild. Pking is a part of life, the zumataurus kings room is queued for, its not an official rule, its an unwritten understanding that all players understand. Dont go complaining to the GM's or adding people to your guild blacklist just because you stubbed your toe. You once accused me of being a newbie, i look at you mate, and thats i can think off. Stop being such a looser ostle, get a life. Deal with things your own way, as every other player on this game is mature enough to do. A true newbie in this game Ostle, is someone who isnt prepared to do the hard work themselves. Isnt prepared to learn for themselves and do for themselves.
And yes, i know youll be adding me to your guilds kill on sight list. I dont care, you arent that respected mate, no one is until they are strong enough to prove they can do it alone, so go on, hide behind ur gms and guild members, cos frankly i dont give a rats ****. Turn about iS fair play, so heres your words back at you.

Me and 7th are best friends in real life so the desicions i carried out in the guild were discussed between both of us face to face Delusion i put almost half a day each day into the guild , why do u think im only lvl 25, its cos i am always busy running guild, if i never had a guild id be level 30+ by now.. The blacklist: the only people i put on it are requested by guild members includin you! So delusion think your arguments through son, ive just proveds you wrong on every point p.s. dont post here what u think of me i only needed the email address to report a cheat for god sake who i cant name yet because its between me and mir staff....

Dont back chat your elders mate, and learn to read properly. Whilst yes i was pointing out about PKing, i also made a mention of what you discussed. Sure i agree with you, access to all areas in the game is supposed to be a rule, BUT as i also pointed out, with the rareity of zt spawns, it has become a necessity of guilds and groups to queue in order to take him on.
Whats the matter miss the lessons in Courtesy in your howe to be a guild leader 101 manual? You wouldnt like it if u single handedly killed woomataurus and lost the drops to a bunch of newbs who just walked in, you certainly wouldnt like it if u missed the drops cos he killed you, because those same n00bs triggered him off before you were ready or had all your guild members to hide behind. Its a simply courtesy we all expect to enjoy. We take a number join the line and wait for our turn. If your wanted in there, you will be asked to go in there.
Yes, like u so regularly point out whilst hiding behind your GM's Access to all areas is a basic right.
But, infringing on others rights, such as the right to fight zuma solo or in a select group after waiting 12 hours to go see him, the right to get the drops you deserve, and the right not to die because some fool spawned him to early are also basic concepts in the game. ITS A ROLEPLAYING GAME. Meaning whilst certain rules are cast in stone by the GM's, we are free to make our own as we play and make our way through the world they created for us. If you cant live by the rules mate, whether they are carved in the back of your skull or just well known unwritten rules the majority choose to abide by then im sorry but valois and his crew, or who ever else u cross are going to be there to teach you the facts of life AGAIN.
If you were as hardcore a player as you make out you would accept such things and either move on and work around them. Christ what do u do in counterstrike when ur opposing team gets ur flag and hides with it? Cry to Valve that hes stopping you from scoring a few points?

RPG's are for mature ppl who agree to live in a world, play in a world and make their way in that world. Same as real life. You come to a shop, and stand in the way of the cola machine, im gonna hit u if u dont get out of the way.

1) WTF do you want to go in the ZT room for anyway theres nothing in there except ZT (which usually has a guild queing for him at least 2 hours in advance)
2)IF you do go in there when a guild is still setting up (probally using the stolen THO tactic that me StoneMage and AZN worked on but thats another story) and screw it up it takes a well organised guild to go in and clear it up because a newb like you screwed it up which can add hours to the waiting. All beacuse a newb like you would screw it up And by the sounds of what delilusion has been saying you do truely sound like a complete ass/newb who would screw it up for everybody who was waiting and before you say "Im, not a newb im level 25 so there" I define a newb as somebody who has no clue about how to play the game properally and in that respect ive met some level 10's who are less of a newb than you. They new to stay out the way when i was killing a ghoul and because they did (and the fact i couldnt carry anymore) i let them have a few of the pots You talk about making the game fair but 1 ass screwing it up for hundreds of people isnt very fair now is it? I may not be the smartest fish in the sea but at least im not in a pond =D |

When i joined i complained that you didnt have any events. you sed you'd organise more. Did you? NO.If you get pissed off that people are blocking off zt kr and pk'in you, DONT GO THERE. ok i'll answer your critisism(however spelt) please do not bring my personal life into this discussion because i am nothin like in real life as i am on mir, in mir im playin a much more aggressive character than i am in life, because why play a game when your just gonna be yourself? you play that character in life... anywho these are not in any order so lets go..
1 - i dont play counterstrike, but i do know for a fact there is no official rule about stealing the opposing teams flag and hideing 2 - you did touch a nerve in me delusion, because i cant belive that there are people on this forum who cant read correctly 3 - magic si i know u complained about no events but i constantly asked you and other members what you would like to do and i got no reply. Anyway theres nothin to do in mir thats new.. people over lvl 22 should not hunt in groups unless there goin for wooma horn or zuma relic at this date
Also my guild is not crap i have constant requests of people wanting to join lvl 18+ and currently i have 50+ members. 4 - dopeyfish, the reason i would like to go into the zuma room is because i have never seen the zumatarous and i would like to see it, i dont intend to steal i requested that when i see it i would leave but they refused thats why i took screenshots as proof of me bein attacked and a certain player should be having his account blocked for 5 days as stated in mir rules. Also i agree with your image of a newbie but ive been playin this game since week 2 and i find that offensive 5 - Am i the only one who read the mir rules before starting play those of you that havent are newbies cos you dont even know the basic rules... 6 - CAN U FEEL THAT Ostle 5-0 Critisism ==BlackAndWhite==

What you need to do ostle is appoint a new co-leader to help you organise, because as you said b4 you hav a could style of leading as you always answer questions put to you. but the guild isnt organised properly; you need sum1 to help you do that. Sorry Ostle but all i think this goes to show how megalomanical you really are both in the game and outside. Your need to have the final word on here alone makes that preminently clear.
I agree with dopeyfish, you might be all dressed up in your posh green armour, but your immaturity as a person and a player is why we can all sit here, discuss this with you and refer to you as nothing more than a newbie with a bigger stick. Sure you might be a lvl 25 warrior, but your still essentially as immature as the newbies in Ginko who are demanding instruction on how to put on their clothes.
Sure if all you wanted to do was sit in the room and watch the show and you had made that absolutely clear then perhaps i as a group leader would have considered it, after making sure people were in place to prevent you from doing otherwise. However you were rude and discurteous in refusing to leave when asked. Either that or just too arrogant.
Strange how you never addressed my comments about common courtesy in your critique of what was said, which is funny considering that this really is the bulk of the argument. Whilst i detest the thought of sinking to your level i believe its Critiscm 1 (big one) - 5 ostle.
The real heart of this debate revolves around three things, all of which it is becoming all too clear you lack. Common courtesy, respect for others and manners.
So far whilst you seem to expect all people to show you these in abundance, I feel its obvious you give little out to others, a sure sign of someone with major superiority hangups.
The Mir world is a work of fiction, yet by common consensus it is agreed it is a world in which we all live, fight and work. There are predetermined rules of which rule 5 to which you keep refering to is one. These rules are the Mir equivalent of the 10 commandments, and are there to make the game playable. However, we all accept the existance of certain unwritten rules which are there because we as players feel they are normal everyday common courtesies by which we should all try to abide. It is not Required that we ask politely for heals, dont steal drops or wait for our turn at zumataurus, it is simply common courtesy and politness which the majority feel are necessary to make playing Mir a more enjoyable effort.
You showed a lack of courtesy and regard for the efforts of other players, and broke from being polite in not leaving the kings room when asked. Admittedly the people in there neednt have killed you for it but to be honest by entering and refusing to leave, what reason did they have to be polite to you?
People in the real world respect people who show a little courtesy and manners. They do not respect pigs who push others around, force cheat or steal their way around and show little respect for the needs wishes and actions of others. Its the same way in Mir, you either accept these facts, or keep getting PK'ed by people who find you boring, abusive arrogant and downright unlikeable.
As i said before, ask your mother for a little lesson in these things, as you have obviously yet to learn. Once you are a decent, courteous person, you can expect hell even demand a little respect and courtesy back, till then your just another immature player who gets pk'ed for breaking what are the fundamental rules of life.TTFN
