hi all im a level 20 warrior and my fencing skill level 3has not yet started any 1 have any ideas y this prob has arose plz help
All spells and skills can only reach a maximum level of 3 so once you've reached that point you can't keep on leveling it up. You're done m8
Fencing Swordmanship: Lv. 1: you can practice from level 7 Lv. 2: you can practice from level 11 Lv. 3: you can practice from level 16
so what it's saying is that you can continue practicing the fencing swordmanship skill at level 16 to reach the maximum level 3 skill level and then you're done.

As with nearly every other counting system devised by mankind the skill window shows what you have. You wouldn't say "I got 4 dollars minus 50 cent" if you had 3 dollars and 50 cent, wouldn't you. So if the skill window says "fencing lvl 3" you already have it.
