In my house we have 3 people playing mir, but unfortunately 2 of the accounts have been hacked into and stolen.My wifes account is Mythian a lvl 30 wizard, and my son is Cell3 a lvl 27 wizard.
So far i have put up numerous posts and sent emails to all areas of Mir support... but to date there have been no replies from any of the mir staff, or any replies to emails.
What else can i do to get these accounts back.. the reaction of the company running the game seems to be very slow, and is not good for the charachters stolen.
In the case of Mythian the hacker is running around gettin a Tongs levelled up to lvl 7 and then going around pk'g other players. This is not in charachter for my wife and is going to cause her a lot of problems if and when she ever gets this charachter back.
So far the Cell3 charachter does not seem to have been used at all, sot its not so bad in this case, apart from the fact that this is theft and as such is a criminal offence!
What do Mir intend to do about the frequency of the hacking, because i am led to believe that it is from the host computer controlled by Mir that these charachters are being hacked, not the personal computers of the players.
This needs addressing and soon!
