it will only be in the shops if people sell it ot the shops
things like piks items like amulets and de's spawn in shops but not wepons thats is the truth so unless som 1 sells it to the shop then it will not be in there.

in the next patch they will put serpent at 1 Mil in the store with Mage staff and Gr8 axe.

If serps actually do become available in stores, it wont be 1 million.
It'll only be about 14K (double the selling price @ full duration)
