I now have phoned the head office on behalf of the
whole community. I complained about the topics below
in the quote. I told them that the community
needs feedback and that they are losing paying
customers. The woman i had on the phone sounded ver
concerned about this.

I had to give my email address at work.
She said i would have an email before the end of the week.
(dont count on it)
If i dont get one, ill phone again.
I'll keep everyone updated...

I also ask you all to phone the same number:
+390248370350 and ask for someone who is
working on the LOM project.
and complain about the exact same things as i did.
then 'maybe' they will notice something is wrong
and that they are losing community fast.

I've got some real information.
I just spoke with GM Hober on the phone..
we had a nice and long talk about the game and the community.
I asked him why we dont get any feedback etc.
he gave me nice answers and in generaly is a very nice guy.
He told me that the new patch will be on a new server
and will be beta tested first (as babybear already said)
They actually have a moderator forum we cant see

When this new patch is here there will be more GMs
so that means more service. He said that in the past
2 week's they worked on answering emails quicker.
Updating the site a bit (?) etc.

When this new patch is here (he said he hoped it would be
in the next few weeks) they will have a faster connection
and the website will be updated frequently.

need any more answers? ask me... ill phone again

* The greatly expected patch scheduled for december transformed itself in "Evil's Illusion", more an expansion than a simple patch.

Of course it's hard to understand everything , but the images are amazing.
* Evil's Illusion IS a major patch, so big that it takes a title, like a new chapter! This chapter will be "melted" in LOM after the beta test, like any other patch.
* In the next days I'll reveal more details about the beta test, now it's too early.
* We are working very hard to fill the gap with your emails and forum. Many of you may have received answers few minutes later their question.
* We are improving moderators staff and GameMaster staff.
* We are keeping attention again to the website.
