normal attack speed is 20 hits in 20 seconds
with +1 attack speed u hit 21 times in 20 sec

Is that it!? Only 1 extra attack per every 20 sec.....wouldn't it be better to just stick with added DC rings?

Yea, if it's like that then that's the way u should go, dc 0-1 to dc 0-6, 20 times 6 is 120 and 21 times 1 is 21, so 99+ dc in 20 secs.
