I work in IT myself and all large companies I've worked for have a backup system which consist of either full back up's at night or a full back up every week + incremental backup's every day.

Now thinking that MIR is quite a big company, which is very database orientated (all player stats, items etc), they should have a good backup system.

Would it not be possible to reset the game to 9 AM Tuesday morning just Before the normal server reset??

I'm sure they got a decent backup from that moment. The duped items problem hober was referring to, is annoying but on a much smaller scale then the thing that happened today.

So keep the duped game items there, I don't care about some fake stuff, Mir Economy can handle that. But a huge 5 day setback is fatal!
