i do it every day!!
it is locked!!
i mailed them at least 20 times and they say i didn't pay!
really crazy

Hello there,

Problem is with your bank, they probably need time for money
transaction. Give them few more days, and try to ask your bank
if transaction was sucessifull + ask them if your money is already
in Milano. LOM can activate your account only if your money is on
their account.
