ditto on everyting everyone has said about the lag. i need help to and it is not my isp either. i have contacted technical support from my provider and they tell me that it has to do with servers from LOM. i am in the same shoes as you dickmarchinco. if you figure how to get your money back, please post it on the forum because i don't think the lag will ever end, at least before this month is out and im not, i repeat NOT GONNA PAY AGAIN. i have gotten to play only the first week that i payed to play. the last two weeks have been nothing but lag. you can tell you are going to lag when soon as you sign on, you inventory is completely empty for a few minutes then it finaly shows up. you take a couple of steps and BOOOM.............you're lagged out the first minute of playing. how frustrating. it is sad that we are paying customers and nothing is being done about it except smartass remarks from others who are not experiencing the same problems we have. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, makes you wonder about customer service today doesn't it. Please sign everyone if you are frustrated and not gonna pay anymore b/c of lag. Lets get a PETITION going for full refund or atleast compensation for our trouple. Atleast lets see who is not going to play anymore. HELP GM'S |
