Can some kind person tell me where I'm going wrong? I've been at lvl 2 Fireball for ages and e shock 1 for a while but exp. stays at ZERO?? Is it because I have insufficient MC? Do I need to buy another book.... Incidentally, I HAVE read THE MANUAL!! In game:-> Essor. (YES- I'm a "NOOB"...& no, I wont try to sneak your drops) Pretty please, Ben.

You cannot advance that skill level again until you reach the appropriate character level to do so. For example, Fencing LVL 1 is at Char. level 7, you cannot advance Fencing LVL2 until Char. Level 9. You probably havent reached your character level to advance that skill yet.. It has nothing to do with MC and you only have to buy the book once in your life to learn the skill.
Skills experience halted.
