i have already reported this about ten times now and im getting sick of it if theres anyone that can fix my prblem please help i write it on the previos posts but il write it once more ffs

I recently installed mir and i found that i had this problem which has confused me up till now and hasent been fixed ive reported this bug also recently.

Here it is. Well i can play the game no problem untill aboout 3-5 minutes into it the sound stops all together and soon after i do a little more walking the picture goes it turns all blck completly all i can see r the people my char and the monsters i have to restart all the time and it keeps comming up non stop i must say i have at least restarted because of this about 9999999 times by now im sick of it.

my pc is fine and it is not nighttime in the game coz i cant even see things im standing next i.e walls trees and when i restart its all good again until 3-5 mins

can someone please help coz bugreport cant?
ohh and ive installed all the patches!

Is it always like that, or just sometimes?
yes always when i log on for about 3-5 mins


if anything is unclear pls ask about it THEN HELP ME OUT!!!

I'm sorry, but since you are alone in this problem i got no idea other than to say that it seems to be a system specific problem.

I know that thats not what you want to hear, but i can't make it sound any better.

Do you use XP by any change? If so the problem has probably more to do with Direct-X and drivers than the game.

ERRRRRRR ill try m8
Try upd8ing ur graphics drivers and close all programs running in back ground cause summin could be clashing fighting for the same bit of memory and by the sounds of it mir is loosing lol. Close all programs down m8 and update ya graphics driver if that dont work then......ask sum 1 else :-) and if that dont work hit ya pc with a hammer and IF THAT DONT WORK i dont know wot it is :-(.
I similar thing happened to me b4. All went black and i had i lil blue sqaure at bottom of screen but i think that was lagg cause it only happend on the worst day of lag in mir history!!!! U also say that ya sound goes??? Agin upd8 sound drivers all i can say. There is a chanch it could b lag (Lag does wiered things) so check ya modem speed and again.......update drivers lol. If there is still no luck dump ya pc in a bin and get a new 1 lol sry m8ty all i can say (prob all wrong sum pc expert will post now and say all this complicated stuff :Þ )

ok thanks for the help but heres the thing il give u my specs first
p3450 128mb voodoo5 gfx card cablemodem and by the way i got 0 ping while playing q3 online most of the time :) and i have all my drivers upto date and i usually have nothing running in the bacground xcept my sound volume control in sytray.

i think im gonna try a big format dlelting every thing.
and rientsall win 98 which i have now
see how much i wanna play mir? dunno y though ?
i have lots of games and all them work except half life wich gives me a similar problem to this only it happens when i press esc and resume.

but thanks for the help anyway!
