Thats the UK HQ for Digital Bros and I'm sure they'll take an ear bashing from irate customers. If nothing else its gonna be cheaper than phoning Italy and speaking to Axens mates.

I'm going to speak to a friend about how best to approach getting a refund and I'll let you know what I learn concerning UK consumer laws and buying a service from an Italian company.

I have e-mailed LoM but am not holding my breath All I want is my account terminated and my money back.
