I have highlighted server-side lag as not meeting the "PRIOR to problems" upgrade statements made in the FAQs, and have highlighted hacking as the biggest problem at the moment (including a couple of basic suggestions that would limit the ease of hacking the system).

I highlighted the free download model as a plus point, and the concept of continuous updates as being a major plus ... but that they need to arrive, and we need to be kept informed as to what is happening.

Of course I mentioned the mix of peoples and ages, and the sense of community as the biggest strength.

I gather that my twin brother ("Eloquence" in game and on the forum) also received a phone call and he should also be posting a topic about his chat with John.

I have been informed that the situation with the GMs is being investigated. I mentioned that often we feel there is a lack of GM presence, especially if we do not speak Italian (not to mention any specific names but we all know who this means). He sounded definite that this was under investigation so hopefully this will be improving in the near future.

I can't detail all the specifics of the phone call (****e memory), but I was asked many questions about the game and gave many answers ... and tried to express the general feelings expressed on the forums alongside my own opinions. I have been informed that some of my points that I had emailed him about have been forwarded to the relevant people and that he is trying to get feedback from the staff with regards to my many queries. I will keep you appraised of any further developments as I get them, and add to this topic if I remember any other important details.

For now though folks ... keep playing and enjoying Mir ... they are starting to listen and hopefully actions will happen as a consequence.

Ok, u had a phone conversation, things are moving forward, or so the GN dude said, but do we all have to do the same thing as Glavier and LouD and phone them etc, Remember LouD all u got was a few promises and a MOD rank, which shut u up and ur happy.(nothin personal) What about all the other mir dedicated players. im on the forum enough to find out that ****ty things like a rewind occured and i and friends lost a lot of good stuff. nothin good l8ly!
