m8 can u help me ..
i paid for additional moth to my accont before 2 weeks of my account expire date (today) .. but when i chk the time remines ta expire it didnt increase ,, so i emailed them @
but they didnt replay and now my account is blocked (expired).. my brother have the same problem ..
if anybody want ta help plz email me !!!!
i asked Loud for help bcz hes active more than GM LOL

i think it takes a few days to come through, so u should be active again in a couple of daysotherwise i dont know, go ask LouD or something  Real insurance claims
The other vehicle collided with mine without giving warning of its intensions
old man was all ovr the road, had to swerv several times before i hit him
I tried to slow down but the traffic was more stationary thaN i thought |

the problem is that i warned them before 9 dayes of this problem
but no replayes just ignoring me.. m thinking now are they care about us or just taking our money?!
anyway i hope LouD or any GM will help me by calling them or doing somthing for me
and i have the order No.and they accepted my payment for the additional month but they didnt give me my additional month !*GoldenAngel LVL 29 tao .

lol thats nothin i had -92(all the days ive p2p) days when i went to renew subscription i think its just abug cuz it was alright the next day all my days were back and i was able to play,i was too lazy to send em an email so maybe they'll look into it now u mailed emDragon Server-Bhelliom-Wiz-lvl**(just tired)

dont u see?? mir is having a 365 day donut break... they dont care bout their customers n e more because the money is COMIN in... they r ignoring everyone then watch ull see theyll post some lame excuse like weve been talking at meetings but the new EI or that they were working on fixing bus the usual when all htey r doing is cramming donuts in their mouth and scratching their assessaddened member of the i left mir and i was hacked club

seeing that after last weekends castastophie with the forum
and the major lag. The staff is quite busy at the moment.
So just wait patiently until they reply to your email.

I dont trust you Loud, no offence, but have you been in the MIR offices and worked with them for over a whole week? no? then you cant really ask us to trust you, can you? If you have been there and seen them working then I'll eat my own words.

If you talk to them again LouD can you please get them to send a quick note e.g. "We are experiencing a lot of emails at present and are dealing with your request as promptly as possible, Thanks ..." for those that they are going to reply to. This is a common curteousy extended by most companies, and we shouldn't have to ask for it ... especially when they are failing to provide the service such as in this example."And then the stars fell, and the heavens were left shrouded in darkness" |

Golden,I too have the same problem! I have been sending emails since the 'payment problem' in early december. They owe me about 3 months, yet it expires in 7 days! I also posted to Andy, and various other LOM emails! Still waiting.... Take my advice and start playing Anarchy online, its MUCH better! Oh, and the accounts people actually do their job! Gadget
