hi
can some one tell me the exact time (gmt) for lom show
it says in tv that its 2am, 8am, 2pm, 8pm, but thats not right
everytime when i watch the chennel at that time its something else showing
so can some 1 tell me plzz?

all i know is that it was on at 1am and 1pm and round 6 - 7.30 am/pm
