U may know that my account was stolen when its password got changed. I persuaded the person to give me back the account and to admit it to the gms that he did it so he said ok because that was the least he could do he said. Then i went to talk to malerin this is the converstion:
/malerin
/malerin hi i have something very important to say
she says
/malerin ok
/malerin I got the person who stole my account to get it back for me
she says
/malerin good
/malerin but there is one problem the password doesnt work my account may be banned or deleted
malerin says nothing
i type her name again
/malerin
/malerin cannot be found.

then i tried Axen this is the coversation:
/axen
/axen hi m8 plz i have something important to say dont log odd
/axen off*
next thing
/axen its about my account which was stolen
/axen cannot be found.

I mean how impolite can u get. It just shows the lack of customer service or support, just plain greedy for money. forgive me if iam wrong.
if u have similar reasons like this plz post them here it may wake them up

my first thought was "how can GMs say things impolitely? they never say anything at all"

but after reading that maybe im wrong. i dont think they would log out to purposefully ignore u tho, i wouldnt log out cos someone msged me saying "dont log out"

dont jump to conclusions (yet)

*pastes what he posted in the same topic at the GM Corner*

Dude, the point is...They cant do ANYTHING for you. They are player GMs. The GMs you need to contact need to be done so by email. If you read the game rules, u would know that. And come on, u cant expect them to be telling everyone that. They probably dont even see half the PMs cuz its going by so fast on their screen.

Mercz is right, even MODs get a lot of pms and i know 1 who stays on rejectwhisper 99% of the time because its impossible to read the friends/guilds msgs when the rest of mir is hounding you, and GMs may not see YOUR msg but thats yours out of all the other peoples who have msged them at that time. If you keep hounding them, your msg may be the 1 they get a chance to read.

Is that a serpent sword in my pocket or am i just pleased to....oh wait it is a serpent sword :)
