Seoho: This country had most various landscapes among 3 countries.

The western part was mainly for mountainous region and forest. The eastern part consists of vast grassy plain and there were sand dunes here and there.

Their technology was developed evenly due to various environments including agriculture, mining industry, stock-farming and processing industries. The main stream of learning was focused in practical study to live in various landscapes.

In aspect of military, they had well trained cavalry. They had waited chance to dominate supreme power on the basis of outstanding mobile power.

At present they were curbing the expanding power of Hagan by allying with Jebek. However they planed to execute war with Hagan for dominating supreme power after they conquest Jebek someday.

Dilemma

The nation wide problem of Seoho was that there often occurred conflicts due to gap in way of thinking and difference of culture derived from various environments.

The king and noble class of the central government made united country by pressing other country by force. They suffered from party strife caused by different nature between people and class and no solution about continuous insubordination and resistance against central government. This kind of dispute could be turned to insurrection or rebellion at any time.

Once they successfully turn people's face to other direction by doing war with other countries and Ner race. But the king and noble class knew well than any other that this would work for only temporary. They started to seek strong cord to tie all people as oneness regardless of culture and way of thinking and they finally found it.

Before unification from when they are separated many cities there repeatedly had been birth and death of various faiths. No one knows the reason why however the people had strong tendency of seeking salvation escaped from the realities of life. Especially this tendency clearly had been shown in western part of thick forest. The king and noble class took notice of this tendency and luckily found new religion called "Leeun religion" which is now spreading rapid & wide.

This religion has not so many followers yet but the dogma was clear and easy to understand so it expends its influence very fast. The king promptly had secret summit meeting with the founder of that religious sect and they agreed to cooperate for their mutual concerns.

After this event the king gave national support to "Leeun religion' and the founder of that religious sec also gave absolute support to the king by moving millions of followers. The more followers increased the more opponents decreased. After all, the king made strong centralized political system. But delight of king and noble class was only for a moment because they faced with more serious problem.

Selected state religion and grasped lots of power, Leeun religion started to expend their hands to secular power. They start to be changed intoxicated with the taste of power. They often oppressed other religious sec and their dogma turn to fanatic shape. Those who expend their influence not by dogma but by violence had started to grasp secular power shouting theocracy.

The king and noble class perplexed unexpected situation of rapid changing but they have no way to curb this power that already grew mighty enough. After all the king and noble class even though they secured their position but they had fallen to the puppet moved by command of founder of Leeun religion. However they brought up their power by merging unsatisfactory power to regain their power. On the other hands, the chief officiating priest of Leeun religion grasped national power had plan of propagate their dogma & god they believed in.

These religious people built military preparations for crusade to make the world only for follower of their religion. They dispatched priest to adjacent countries and concentrated their efforts to train spy. They also learned hostile feeling of king and noble class and forecasted these seditious movements. They pretend that they did not know their action because they need ability of king or noble class for the aspect of military and administration. But they ready to get rid of them at any time.

As like this, mingled with the people who unsatisfied by excessive suppression and hardships of life for military expansion and the king & noble class aiming at reinstatement and the intrigue & trick of fanatical religion, it has begun to take a turn for blinding situation.
