February 8, 2002 - The Character Transfer session was made for people to get all their characters on the same account at the end of
the beta test phase.
Since 6 months are gone and lately most of the people are trying to cheat by using this feature in order to steal
others players characters, we decided to stop the character transfer sessions after the next one.
