GENERAL QUESTION - ANSWER

When will the Mir Beta testing period end?
Mir Beta testing period will end on Thursday September 20^th at 9 A.M. GMT. The server will be shutdown until 12 GMT in order to switch to commercial status.

Will our Beta characters be wiped out when the commercial period starts?
No, all the characters and accounts created during beta period will be left untouched. We will delete only the characters who are still at level 3 after two weeks. Also, any account that will not be paid will remain on our server, and it will allow old users to come by and play the game later on.

When will Mir go Commercial?
Mir will go commercial September the 20th; in order to continue to play all present accounts have to pay our monthly fee. Any First Time user will benefit of trial period after commercial start. Payment system is currently available through our web pages.

What will happen if I pay to play Mir in advance?
If you pay in advance there will be no problem, your purchased days will start to decrease only after commercial start, but you will be able to play since the first minute of commercial period.

How much will I have to pay to play Mir?
Price for subscription to Legend Of Mir will be 10 € (Euro) (apparently one Euro equals 60 pence sterling at the time of writing, but check for rate changes in your newspaper) for each month of subscription. The following discount plan for longer subscription will last, as an introductory offer, for three months after commercial starts:
- 1 Month Subscription for 10 €
- 3 Months Subscription for 25 €
- 6 Months Subscription for 45 €
- 12 Months Subscription for 85 €

How can I pay to play for Legend Of Mir?
From our website you will be able to apply for payment through the following billing system:
- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Diners, American Express)
- Direct Debit
Credit Card billing will activate instantly your account, while direct debit will require a few days in order to process your request.

Will I have to pay more to play on different servers?
No, the payment will entitle you to use your account, and your account will allow you to play freely on all the available servers. You can create up to two characters for each available server.

Do I need to buy a retail boxed game when Mir goes commercial?
No, you only need to have an update version of Legend Of Mir installed on your computer downloaded from our download page or installed from a CD found on a magazine or ordered directly from us. No purchase is necessary, unless you don't want to receive our CD directly (anyway you will pay only shipping & handling costs).

I am a first time user; do I have to pay to try Mir?
No, all first time users will benefit from a trial period. A non-paying account will be able to play with characters until level 7 with some restriction (you will not be able to use storage). When your character reaches level 7, in order to progress you will have to pay our monthly subscription fee.

Will the game be constantly improved after the commercial start?
Absolutely yes, game improvement will be part of the service to paying customers with continuous patch releases to add new gameplay features, maps, items and monsters. There will be no limit on the level of Mir expansion.

If I use two accounts during beta, do I have to pay for both of them?
Yes, every account you actually want to use needs a separate subscription fee. You will be able to pay both accounts with the same credit card (providing the same billing information when you are prompted to do so).

Is there any discount plan for multiple accounts subscription?
Actually is still undecided, anyway we are seriously considering to give further discount for multiple account subscription and/or family subscription. This decision will be taken for sure within a month.
