What is Direct Debit?
Direct Debit is a simple money transfer to a bank account, made by another bank under user request. There are no special requisites to do this, like card or bank account; you only need to be fully aged for your country law. We advise you that this operation and rules may vary depending on your country/bank.

When the Direct Debit system will be available?
Currently our deadline on the Direct Debit system is Monday 17th. We are doing our best to assure you that this deadline will be respected.

When my account will be activated with Direct Debit?
If this is your first subscription to our service, your account will be activated instantly, even without payment verification. If we fail to receive your payment in 10 days you're account will be then locked until we will not receive your payment. If you are already subscribed to our service, the new subscription period will be added only after payment verification.

What will happen if I'll try to pay again after or during the 10 days validation period?
You will not be allowed to open a new payment process until you will pay the first. The only exception is if you decide to pay with credit card. If you do so, your past payment will be dropped but the commercial days you already spent will be deducted from this second payment.

How long does it take a Direct Debit payment to be verified?
It depends greatly from the country you're in and the bank rules. For our knowledge this will generally take 5 to 7 business days but maybe last more. If you'd like to use Direct Debit to make an extension on your subscription we advise you to make it in advance considering the verification time.

There is any extra charge for Direct Debit payment?
Yes, for every payment (not month paid) you will have to pay an extra 4 € charge for transfer expenses, we will give you a 5 days subscription bonus as a compensation. Please note that, depending from your bank/country, you will maybe incur in further local expenses: we will not cover any of these expenses; you will have to take charge of these by yourself. Payments that will charge our account for these external expenses will not be accepted.
